South Bay Sounds provides quality instruction in voice and vocal technique for singers and public speakers, sightsinging, audition prep, and vocal coaching, as well as studio recording and is run by Candace Ford.
About Candace
Candace Ford has been teaching voice for over 20 years, and is a certified IVA vocal instructor. Voice lessons are recommended for individuals looking to increase range, eliminate breaks, solidify technique, and create healthy singing habits. Candace has a Bachelor of Music degree and is also a choral conductor and arranger. Her students have lead roles in school and community theatre productions, do studio session singing and t.v, are professional speakers and are lead vocalists in bands.
About Matthew
Matthew Welch recently graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Cal State, Monterey Bay where he founded the Men’s a cappella group Fort Chord. In addition to being the Artistic Director for the group, Matt also did the arrangements. Matt has had numerous performances in choirs and solo. In addition to teaching privately he has also taught group singing classes for children and teens.
